Annealing furnaces are industrial heat treatment systems designed to heat metal materials at a controlled temperature, hold them at the annealing temperature for a specific period, and cool them in accordance with process requirements.

The annealing process is one of the most important heat treatment processes applied to reduce internal stresses in the material, increase its ductility, improve its formability and create a metallurgical structure suitable for subsequent production stages. In terms of ensuring consistent product quality, the annealing temperature, holding time and temperature uniformity are critical parameters.

Depending on the production process and material properties, annealing furnaces are manufactured in various designs, including car type, conveyor type, tube type, bell type, pit type, shaft type, wire mesh belt type, push type, vacuum type, bright annealing, and controlled protective atmosphere types.
