The PLC controlled aluminium billet heating furnace, which heats billets to 400–450°C prior to extrusion, is supplied with an integrated Hot Shear cutting system.

Aluminum ageing furnaces are used for the artificial ageing of extruded profiles following the extrusion process. Heated either indirectly by electricity or gas, these furnaces operate at a working temperature of 185°C.

These furnaces, manufactured in accordance with the AMS2750 G standard where precise temperature distribution is crucial have an operating temperature of 300˚C.
