Die heating furnaces are used to preheat extrusion dies prior to the extrusion process. Die heating ovens are indirectly gas-heated; combustion takes place within a radiant tube, and circulation fans ensure the homogeneous distribution of hot air within the oven.
The furnace design is customised to the customer’s requirements and needs, available as either a drawer-type or top-opening model. Designed to the customer’s die dimensions, these furnaces utilise stepwise heating, thereby extending the service life of the dies.
In the first chamber, the temperature ranges from 150°C to 200°C, and heating is provided solely by flue gas discharged from the other chambers. In the other chambers, the temperature is 450°C. These furnaces are also highly efficient due to their combustion systems. Furthermore, our company manufactures traditional mould heating furnaces powered by electricity and natural gas.
