Belt Conveyor Furnaces

Belt Conveyor Furnaces are automated furnace systems in which small and medium-sized metal parts undergo controlled heat treatment whilst being continuously conveyed on a wire or mesh belt. As the parts pass through the furnace at a constant speed, each product is subjected to the same temperature-time cycle, ensuring high process repeatability.

These systems can be designed for use in various heat treatment applications, such as annealing, tempering, stress relief, hard soldering and drying. Thanks to their multi-zone structure (preheating, main heating and cooling zones), heat distribution is managed in a controlled manner, ensuring standardisation of product quality.

Belt conveyor furnaces offer the advantage of continuous production on high-volume production lines in the automotive supply industry, as well as in the manufacture of fasteners, springs, wire and small metal components.

Acar Teknolojik Sistemler designs belt conveyor furnaces specifically according to production capacity, part geometry and process temperature range; they are manufactured with either electric or natural gas heating options. They can be configured, on request, to operate under a protective atmosphere (N₂, N₂–H₂ or endogas).

The PLC-based control system precisely manages belt speed, zone temperatures and process times. This ensures both product quality remains stable and the production line can operate continuously with minimal human intervention.
