Hot Log Shear
Instead of using cut to lenght billets, integration of hot log shear enables usage of full length Aluminum Logs. Scrap rate is reduced 3-4 % by using hot log shear.
In addition to the reduced scrap rate, usage of hot log shear brings flexible production. You can change any die with the other regardless of billet length. Because billet length is can be changed at any time while you are using hot log shear unit.
As a result of our R&D studies in year 2006 we have produced Hot Log Shear for various diameters of logs.
