Ceramic Furnace
Ceramic Furnaces
Ceramic furnaces are high temperature industrial furnace systems designed to fire ceramics, porcelain, technical ceramics, refractory materials, and similar products using controlled temperature profiles. During the firing process, the precise application of temperature rise rates, dwell times, and controlled cooling cycles is critical for the product’s mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and surface quality.
The Ceramic Furnaces developed by Acar Teknolojik Sistemler are engineered and manufactured with either electric or natural gas heating, depending on the product type, firing temperature, capacity, and production process. Capable of operating at temperatures up to approximately 1200°C, these systems are designed and manufactured to meet specific customer process requirements ranging from laboratory applications to industrial production in various capacities and dimensions, ensuring homogeneous temperature distribution throughout the working chamber via optimized resistance or burner placement.
With a PLC based automation system, a touchscreen HMI operator panel, and optional SCADA integration, process parameters can be monitored in real time, time temperature curves can be recorded, and production data can be reported.
