Drying furnaces are process equipment designed to remove moisture and solvent residues from parts following surface treatment, washing, coating or post production processes under controlled temperatures. They are engineered systems that not only provide heating but also control airflow, temperature uniformity and drying time.

These ovens are used for pre painting preparation, surface drying, post chemical process stabilisation and to ensure process continuity on production lines. They can be custom designed for specific projects as tunnel type, cabinet type or post immersion drying systems.

Thanks to versatile air circulation and zone controlled heating, uniform drying is achieved across products, minimising deformation and surface defects. This helps maintain quality standards in production and enhances process repeatability.

Acar Teknolojik Sistemler designs industrial drying ovens using either electric or natural gas systems, depending on product geometry, production capacity and process temperature requirements. Temperature, time and air flow are precisely controlled via PLC based automation and an optional SCADA infrastructure.
