Polymer Cleaning Plants are industrial furnace systems developed to safely and effectively remove polymer residues that accumulate over time on pipes, molds, filters, fixtures, and similar equipment used in production processes.
The Polymer Cleaning Plants, developed by Acar Teknolojik Sistemler, enables the controlled incineration and cleaning of polymer coated equipment. The flue gases generated during the incineration process are re burned in the Afterburner (Secondary Combustion Chamber) system to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and are released into the atmosphere in a manner that poses no harm to human health. This results in both a highly efficient cleaning process and an environmentally friendly operating principle.
Designed entirely through in house engineering efforts, this system is engineered and manufactured to meet the needs of various industries, featuring low maintenance requirements, high process efficiency, and a commitment to sustainable production.
